On April 17, 2023, at the production base of Beijing Leiming Cyber Nuclear Equipment Technology Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leiming Cyber), the project manager Liang Xiaohui from China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and the supervising engineer Bai Pengfei from China Nuclear Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. conducted the factory acceptance inspection for the integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine of Units 1 and 2 of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant. The chairman Zhou Wen, the chief engineer Zhao Guozhan, the quality director Chen Yonghong and other relevant personnel attended this factory acceptance activity.

The integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine for Units 1 and 2 of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant is another domestically produced specialized equipment with complete independent intellectual property rights developed by Leiming Cyber for China's "Hualong One" nuclear power plant. During the development process of this product, the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak, and the entire Leiming Cyber team worked together with a united spirit to fight the epidemic and ensure production. They overcame many difficulties and completed the task on time, with high quality and quantity.

After reviewing the documents, inspecting the physical items and conducting tests, the inspectors believed that the supply scope, appearance quality, dimensions and performance of the integral synchronous bolt tensioning machine for Units 1 and 2 of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant met the requirements of the contract and technical specifications. The inspection was passed and the machine was approved for factory release.
