On February 14, 2023, the Party Secretary and Chairman of China Nuclear Pu Yuan, Sun Yungen, along with the heads of the Strategic Planning and Capital Operation Department, the Market Development Department, and the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Nuclear Su Zhe, Ma Ying, as well as the heads of the R&D Department and the Process and Materials Research Department, a total of six people, conducted a research and inspection of the Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment Beijing R&D Base regarding the cooperation on the fully intelligent valve project, nuclear-grade equipment new technologies, and equity matters. 

During the meeting, Zhou Wen, the chairman of Raymond Cyber Nuclear Equipment, and all the company's employees warmly welcomed the leaders of China Nuclear Puyuan and China Nuclear Su Zhe who came to the company for research and inspection. They also introduced the heads of the R&D center, operation center, strategic relationship development center, marketing center and engineering service department of Raymond Cyber Nuclear Equipment attending the meeting. 

During the meeting, Zhou Wen, the chairman of Raymond Cyber Nuclear Equipment, and Zhao Guozhan, the director of the R&D and Design Center, provided a detailed report to the attending leaders on the basic situation, equity structure, business scope, main products and future development plans of Raymond Cyber Nuclear Equipment. 

During the meeting, the leaders of China National Nuclear Pu Yuan and China National Nuclear Su Zhe visited the on-site debugging and experimental areas of the Hualong One pressure vessel overall synchronous stretching machine for nuclear equipment development, the fully automatic welding robot for nuclear power pipelines, and the fully automatic intelligent electric valve actuator. 

The leaders of China National Puyuan and China National Su Zhe highly affirmed the R & D technical capabilities of Raymon Cyber nuclear equipment. They also had in-depth discussions on the cooperation between the two sides in the full-process intelligent electric valve actuator project and new nuclear-level equipment technologies. 

Sun Yungen, the chairman of China Nuclear Pu Yuan, stated that China Nuclear Pu Yuan would take the lead, with Raymon Cyber providing technical support. The two parties would form a strong alliance, focus on in-depth cooperation related to valve technologies, and promote the application of these technologies in both nuclear and non-nuclear markets. Additionally, in the field of nuclear equipment manufacturing, they would also develop collaborative and integrated relationships. Both parties should quickly come up with a feasible cooperation plan that can be implemented. 

Chairman Zhou Wen stated that Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment, as the core strategic supplier of China National Nuclear Corporation, will make every effort to overcome difficulties and achieve new accomplishments for China's nuclear energy industry. China National Puyuan, focusing on nuclear equipment, nuclear instrument and meter manufacturing, and deep cooperation with Raymon Cyber Nuclear Equipment in seven key engineering technologies, will undoubtedly make outstanding contributions to the final mile of nuclear power equipment domestication in our country. 

The leaders participating in this research and investigation included Shou Yi, Director of Strategic Planning and Capital Operation Department of China Nuclear Pu Yuan, Luo Yongkui, Deputy Director of the Market Development Department, Liu Ping, Manager of the Second Research Department of Nuclear Industry Su Zha, and Zhou Weiwai, Manager of the Process and Materials Research Department. 

Zhang Dan, the director of the Operations Center of Raymond Cyber Nuclear Equipment Research Institute, Zhao Guozheng, the director of the R&D Design Center, Zhang Dapeng, the director of the Fourth Department, Lin Song, the director of the Strategic Relationship Development Center, Li Zhaoyue, the director of the Marketing Center, and Guo Qingwen, the director of the Engineering Services Department, all participated in the investigation.
