Working Together for a Common Goal - 2022 New Employee Onboarding Training and Welcome Ceremony

Another year of "newness" has arrived. 2022 was an extraordinary year. Due to the continuous impact of the pandemic, the form of talent recruitment underwent significant changes. To meet the continuous expansion of the company's business and the growth of talent demand, the company's human resources department actively responded to the changes in recruitment forms. Through online recruitment platforms, online job fairs, video interviews, online signing, and remote internships, a large number of outstanding talents were selected. 

In order to help new employees integrate into the Raymond Cyber family more quickly and effectively, adapt to the working environment, and thus carry out their work smoothly, the company held the "2022 Annual New Employee Onboarding Training and Welcome Ceremony" on August 12, 2022.

The training began with fun and lively game activities, allowing the trainees to break down barriers among themselves, enhance their relationships, and build trust.

This training specially invited Zhao Guozhan, the director of the company's R&D and Design Center, to represent the company and extend a warm welcome to the new employees joining. Mr. Zhao encouraged the new employees from the perspectives of "training, opportunity, and hard work", emphasizing that they should learn more, have innovative thinking and forward-looking work concepts, look forward to the development prospects of the nuclear power industry, continuously carry out technological innovation and method innovation, advocate truth-seeking and pragmatism, and practice diligence, caution, meticulousness and seriousness. The second research room director of the R&D and Design Center, Wei Meng, combined the actual situation of the position, summarized work experience and requirements, and detailedly explained the details that new employees should pay attention to in their future work, and analyzed the future career development plan, making the new employees full of hope for the company's future development prospects. 

This training was meticulously planned and carefully organized by the Human Resources Department. It further enriched and refined the original course system, covering areas such as corporate culture, regulations and rules, life guidance, safety education, fire-fighting practical drills, and game interactions. During the training, the main lecturers stimulated the learning enthusiasm of the new employees through interaction and sharing, enabling all the participants to concentrate and actively engage. The training was conducted by Wang Xue and Chen Chunfeng from the Human Resources Department, and An Jianjun from the Safety Production Committee as the lecturers. Their clear and concise explanations injected motivation and confidence into the new employees as they integrated into the company environment, laying the foundation for the upcoming "new" life.
