The SmartArcTM-400 full-position intelligent welding system is mainly used for full-position narrow-gap argon arc welding of primary circuit pipelines and main steam pipelines in nuclear power construction. This product adopts a fully digital intelligent welding robot and intelligent welding power supply, featuring high control accuracy, stable and reliable welding quality, strong applicability, and convenient operation and maintenance. The successful development of this system has broken the monopoly of foreign automatic welding equipment in the field of nuclear power primary circuit pipeline and steam pipeline welding, solving the problem of "core technology bottleneck" in this field.
