On October 21, 2021, the second meeting of the First Council of the Nuclear Equipment Branch of the Chinese Nuclear Society was grandly held at the Expo Center in Yantai City, Shandong Province. The meeting was presided over by Wen Jing, the secretary-general of the Nuclear Equipment Branch. This meeting adopted the method of online voting by all council members to evaluate the new member units of the Chinese Nuclear Society. Finally, Beijing Leiming Sibao Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. and other units were unanimously approved as member units. 

In 1980, in response to the needs of reform and opening up as well as international exchanges, and to promote the development of China's nuclear science and technology, under the initiative of the veteran "Two Bombs and One Satellite" heroes such as Qian Sanqiang, Wang Ganchang, and Zhu Guangya, and with their personal leadership and nurturing, the Chinese Nuclear Society was established. The first council of the Chinese Nuclear Society included 8 recipients of the "Two Bombs and One Satellite" Meritorious Awards, laying a first-class academic foundation and excellent working tradition for the development of the Chinese Nuclear Society.

 He will always strive to break the foreign monopoly in the projects he is researching, focus on and accelerate the development and innovation in the nuclear power field.
