According to the spirit of the document "Opinions on Promoting the Demonstration Application of First-of-a-Kind Major Technological Equipment" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments, first-of-a-kind equipment enjoys numerous favorable policies such as financial support for the user, tax incentives, protection of intellectual property rights utilization, and financial support.
