In order to implement the technological innovation strategy of Raymon Cyber Company and leverage the supporting role of intellectual property in the innovation and development of the enterprise, as well as to enhance the enterprise's capabilities in intellectual property management, creation, utilization and protection, on August 17th, the legal affairs department of the company organized relevant personnel from each center to participate in the "Special Training on Administrative Arbitration of Patent Infringement Disputes and Recognition of Trademark Infringement Behaviors". This training was conducted online. 

At the training session, Judge Zhang from the Civil Fifth Division of the Haidian District People's Court of Beijing delivered a lecture on the application points and difficulties of Article 57 of the Trademark Law. He also explained the "Classification Table", the application of the Trademark Law, the interpretation of Article 10 of the Trademark Law, the comparison rules, and other issues in detail. The Intellectual Property Protection Department of the Beijing Intellectual Property Bureau introduced issues related to administrative adjudication of patent infringement disputes, and provided a detailed explanation of several major principles for patent infringement determination: the principle of full coverage, the principle of equivalence, the principle of prohibition of retroactivity, and the principle of defense based on prior art. It also conducted in-depth analysis of common intellectual property risks in enterprise management and how enterprises can strengthen their intellectual property work. 

Next, the Legal Affairs Department will continue to conduct classified intellectual property training for each center of the company. This will further popularize knowledge related to intellectual property, enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection, stimulate the innovation vitality of the entire company, and provide a strong guarantee for promoting the high-quality economic development of the company.
