Set sail and forge ahead - The induction training and welcome ceremony for new employees in the first half of 2021

With the continuous expansion of the company's business and the increasing demand for talents, in the spring of 2021, the company's human resources department, in order to further enhance the recruitment efforts, with the strong support of various functional departments of the company, divided into three groups and went to major campuses in North China to conduct special presentations, on-site recruitment, selection interviews and other activities. They selected a large number of new employees, greatly enriching the company's talent pool. 

In order to enable new employees to have a more comprehensive understanding of the development history, current situation and future prospects of Raymon Cyber, as well as to familiarize themselves with the overall situation of the company, promote communication among employees, enhance team cohesion, and enable them to adapt to the working environment more quickly and integrate into the Raymon culture earlier, the Human Resources Department attached great importance to it and meticulously organized the event. On July 20th, the "2021 First Half Year New Employee Onboarding Training and Welcome Ceremony" was held.

This training builds upon the existing new employee orientation program, and has further expanded both the breadth and depth of the curriculum. It not only provided comprehensive explanations and interactive sessions on the company's corporate culture, human resources policies, life guidance, rules and regulations, safety education, and game-based interactions for the new employees, but also conducted detailed and in-depth explanations and discussions on technical knowledge and career planning. This enabled the employees to set their career goals at the beginning of their employment, guiding their future work planning and goals, and avoiding future blind spots and misunderstandings in their work. The training was conducted by Human Resources Department staff Hu Xiaoyu, Wang Xue, and Chen Chunfeng, as well as Safety Production Committee member Wang Kai. Their clear and concise explanations injected motivation and confidence into the new employees as they integrated into the company environment, laying the foundation for their upcoming "new" life.

Zhao Guozhan, the director of the company's R&D and Design Center, on behalf of the company, welcomed the new employees' joining. He detailedly introduced the company's development overview, industry prospects, industrial policies, geographical advantages, and technical strength from three aspects of "timing, location, and people's cooperation", which made the new employees full of hope for the company's future development prospects. Feng Yongli, the director of the welding R&D department, and Wei Meng, the director of the second research room of the R&D and Design Center, based on their respective job positions, summarized their work experiences and requirements, and elaborately explained the details that new employees should pay attention to in their future work, as well as analyzed the future career development plans. They encouraged the new employees to be down-to-earth, brave in challenges, willing to take on responsibilities, and strive to realize their personal value!
