On May 27, 2021, the China Nuclear Industry Survey and Design Association organized and hosted a scientific research achievement appraisal meeting for the "Domestication Research and Development of the Split-Type Fully Synchronous Bolt Tensioning Machine" project jointly completed by Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and Raymond Cyber Company. 

The experts of the appraisal committee were composed of Ye Qizhen, an academician of China National Nuclear Corporation, Zhao Hua from China General Nuclear Power Corporation, Xia Zhiding from China Nuclear Industry Survey and Design Association, Yu Hongwei from State Power Investment Corporation, Xia Liming from Sanmen Nuclear Power Company, Zou Jiamao from Shandong Nuclear Power Company, Xiao Daoyun from China Nuclear Engineering Company, and Zhang Zhengming from the Institute of Nuclear Energy and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University. The appraisal committee listened to the report on the domesticization research and development of the segmented full synchronous bolt tensioning machine, reviewed the relevant materials, inspected the prototype and production site of the segmented full synchronous bolt tensioning machine, and some experts witnessed the prototype test and testing. After discussion, the appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal. 

This achievement possesses independent intellectual property rights and has applied for one invention patent (which has been accepted). It can be widely applied to the CAP series of nuclear power projects and has excellent economic and social benefits. 

Raymond Cebot's sixth "national major project" collaboration with the Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute has successfully concluded.
