On August 21, 2020, the State Nuclear Power Plant Operation Service Technology Co., Ltd. held a pre-delivery acceptance meeting for the "Main Pump Canopy Sealing Residual Ring Processing Special Machine" at Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
The experts from the acceptance team listened to the report on the design, manufacture, commissioning tests and completion status of the processing machine for the Canopy seal ring of the "Guonuclear No.1" main pump. With the assistance of Beijing Leiming Sibao, they conducted on-site witnessing and inspection of the quality, functions and key parameters of the processing machine.
The participants engaged in thorough communication and discussion. The acceptance experts reached a consensus. The main functions and key parameters of the processing machine for the Canopy seal ring of the main pump all met the design requirements, and they agreed to pass the pre-acceptance.
The "Guonuan No.1" main pump Canopy seal residual ring processing machine is mainly used for cutting the Canopy seal residual ring of the pump shell and the Canopy seal residual ring of the motor stator cover after the main pump is disassembled, as well as grinding the flange surfaces. This special machine has remote automatic functions such as cutting/grinding, roughness measurement, flatness measurement, video monitoring of cutting comparison, and equipment auxiliary adjustment, and is suitable for certain irradiation doses. It can significantly reduce the on-site operation time of personnel.
