Recently, the domestically-developed automatic welding equipment SmartArc-400, a full-position intelligent welding system independently researched and developed by Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., has been successfully put into use at the Lianyungang project department and Fangchenggang project department of China Nuclear Industry Second and Third Construction Company (hereinafter referred to as "China Nuclear Second and Third Construction Company").

To ensure the smooth progress of the equipment delivery work, Raymon Cyber has dispatched a team of senior engineers to provide training, guidance and maintenance to the on-site personnel and equipment throughout the process. 

With the active cooperation of Raymond Cyber, on May 15th, the commissioning and acceptance of the automatic welding machine for the second phase of Fangchenggang VVP pipeline was successfully completed; on May 18th, with the completion of the medium-frequency heating welding test, the automatic welding groove test for the main pipeline of Lianyungang VVER was also successfully completed. After flaw detection, all the automatic welding test pieces of the Fangchenggang VVP pipeline and the main pipeline of Lianyungang VVER were qualified without any defects, marking the successful delivery of the domestic welding equipment with a perfect conclusion. 

After on-site verification, the SmartArc-400 full-position intelligent welding system has been proven to be stable in operation and has received unanimous recognition from all members of China Nuclear No. 2 and No. 3 Company. At the same time, the efforts made by the on-site engineering team in ensuring equipment operation and providing technical services have been highly praised, and sincere thanks are extended.

The SmartArc-400 full-position intelligent welding system has been applied in the welding projects of VVP pipelines and VVER main pipelines of China Nuclear No.2 and No.3 companies. This has broken the monopoly of foreign automatic welding equipment in the field of nuclear power primary loop main pipelines and steam pipelines welding. It has played a positive role in solving the problem of "core technology bottleneck" in this field and has achieved the domestication and autonomy of China's high-end welding equipment. 

This project is another significant milestone within the strategic cooperation framework between China Nuclear No. 2 and 3 Company and Raymond Cyber. It follows the successful implementation of the automatic pipeline welding at Tianwan VVP.
