On the morning of June 18th, Zhang Haixian, the director of the General Office of Leiming Cyber Company, along with Guo Xiaowei, the director of the Science and Technology Commission of Huairou District, Wang Jinshan, the deputy director, and other relevant leaders, went to attend the donation ceremony in Siziqi Prefecture of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Wang Zifan, the vice-councilor and deputy-chief of the government of Siziqi Prefecture, and Xing Yongliang, the director of the Agriculture and Technology Bureau of the Prefecture, were present.

During the donation ceremony, Leiming Cyber Company donated computers, printers and other equipment and materials, contributing a small amount to poverty alleviation efforts. Vice-councilor Wang Zifan warmly welcomed and expressed sincere gratitude to the Science and Technology Commission of Huairou District and Leiming Cyber Company, and stated that he would fully leverage the ecological environment and natural resources advantages of Siziqi Prefecture, and connect with mature and applicable advanced technology enterprises in Beijing to widely carry out multi-channel, multi-level and multi-form technological cooperation, promoting scientific and technological poverty alleviation and intellectual poverty alleviation to be carried out in depth, providing strong technological support for Siziqi Prefecture to win the battle against poverty.

At the donation site, Zhang Haixian stated that Leiming Cyber Company has always been willing to undertake corporate social responsibilities and actively participate in public welfare activities. After introducing the progress of the science and technology poverty alleviation cooperation between Huairou District and Siziwang Banner, Guo Xiaowei said that we should further base ourselves on reality and implement targeted measures to achieve complementary advantages between regions.
