On May 11, 2018, Xia Lei, the deputy general manager of the Nuclear Power and Petrochemical Sales Company of China First Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., He Ming, the assistant director of the Nuclear Power and Petrochemical Affairs Department, and Zhou Xibin, the deputy chief process engineer of the Technology Center, a group of three people, visited the CBE Huairou R & D Base to conduct exchanges on the overall bolt tensioning machine cooperation project and other matters.

General Manager Liu Yang of CBE, Director Xu Rong of the Marketing Center, and Chief Engineer Zhao Guozhan attended the meeting. The two sides discussed the joint development of the overall bolt tensioning machine in the nuclear power market, intellectual property protection and other areas of cooperation. Subsequently, they visited the CBE R & D Base and highly praised CBE's design, innovation capabilities, and engineering manufacturing capabilities.
