With the strong support of the Lianyungang Project Department of Zhonghebei Construction Co., Ltd., the evaluation of the applicability of the SmartArc-400TDN all-position automatic welding machine of CBE Group for nuclear power VVP pipelines was successfully completed on November 16, 2017.

During the experiment, the welding system operated basically stably without any catastrophic faults, and multiple simulated welding joints of VVP pipelines were successfully welded. After flaw detection, the VVP pipe fittings welded by the welding equipment SmartArc-400TDN all-position automatic welding machine provided by CBE, met the relevant quality requirements. After discussion by the on-site witnessing party, it was unanimously agreed that this welding system can be applied to the automatic welding of VVP pipelines.

During this applicability evaluation process, the witnessing party highly praised and recognized the functions and performance of our company's equipment. This equipment has contributed to the vigorous development of the nuclear power industry in China.
