The overall bolt tensioning machine designed and manufactured by CBE for the "Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant" is equipped with a large number of precision instruments and pneumatic-hydraulic components. It needs to be stored and used in a relatively dust-free environment. To create a favorable environment for the testing work of the overall bolt tensioning machine, CBE, while carrying out the construction of the outdoor pipeline network in the new factory building, also initiated the construction of the indoor floor. For this purpose, CBE investigated various floor construction methods and finally determined to adopt the "epoxy resin mortar flat coating floor" method, which complies with the floor standards of a clean workshop (level and wear-resistant, easy to clean and wash, not prone to accumulate static electricity, avoiding glare, and providing a comfortable feeling, etc.). Approximately 200,000 yuan was invested, and the indoor floor construction was completed within 15 days. Currently, the indoor and outdoor floor construction of the new factory building has been fully completed and put into use.
