The 2017 "Belt and Road Initiative" Summit was held in Huairou District in mid-May. To support major events of the Party and the country, CBE suspended the construction of the new factory building in April. After the summit was successfully concluded, CBE immediately resumed the construction of the "Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine Full-Scale Test Factory". Before resuming work, the infrastructure department of CBE, together with the supervision company and the construction unit, inspected and checked the construction site. After confirming that the conditions for resumption were met, they issued a resumption order and began the construction of the outdoor pipeline network. Currently, the road hardening work has been completed by 60%, and the pipeline laying work has been completed by 30%. It is expected that the entire outdoor pipeline network construction of the new factory building will be completed by the end of this month.
