On March 2, 2017, an acceptance team composed of Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (CBE), China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., and China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute conducted an on-site factory acceptance inspection of the reactor pressure vessel simulation body for Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Nuclear Power Plant. This simulation body is an important component of the overall bolt tensioning machine project for the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Nuclear Power Plant. It is used for the functional and performance tests of the overall bolt tensioning machine independently developed and manufactured by CBE for the "Hualong One" project, in order to obtain various test data, adjust the equipment to the optimal state, ensure that the overall bolt tensioning machine can operate normally on the reactor pressure vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Nuclear Power Plant, and provide support for the construction of the "Hualong One" project. The acceptance inspection was conducted at the manufacturer's site, that is, on the supplier's site of CBE. According to the provisions of HAF003 "Safety Regulations for Quality Assurance of Nuclear Power Plants" and ISO9001 "Requirements for Quality Management System", CBE planned the entire process of the factory acceptance inspection, prepared the "Factory Acceptance Outline", and received the approval of the acceptance team. The acceptance team listened to reports on the production process and quality management of the simulation body manufacturer, discussed key links, conducted a detailed review of the delivery documents and the qualifications of the personnel, inspected the completeness of the supply and the appearance quality of the simulation body, and measured and verified the main dimensions and interface dimensions of the simulation body. After a day of intense and orderly work, the acceptance team believed that the simulation body basically met the requirements, the process documents were complete, but there were still some remaining items that needed to be resolved, and agreed to conditionally accept the simulation body. Pending the rectification of the remaining items to be qualified, the simulation body would be shipped. Subsequently, CBE was responsible for supervising the rectification work of the manufacturer and reporting the rectification results to the acceptance team.
