On January 11, 2017, with the completion of the foundation backfilling work, the R&D experimental workshop project entered a new construction phase: the arrival and hoisting of the steel structure. In the early morning, several large trailers loaded with steel structures and a 25-ton crane arrived at the construction site early. Under the command of the on-site construction personnel, the unloading work was carried out. The supervisor inspected the incoming components, and the safety officer conducted a hazard inspection on the site. Around 10 a.m., according to the pre-determined "Steel Structure Hoisting Plan", the hoisting operation of the first structural column began. All the staff ensured safety and strictly followed the construction specifications, working together overtime to ensure the steady progress of the project. As of January 13, the first to seventh structural columns had all been hoisted, and the first main structural steel beam had been assembled and started to be hoisted. Thus, the main structure of the R&D experimental workshop will gradually come into view, and we have taken another solid step towards the overall completion and delivery for use.
