The "Supply Project of the Integral Bolt Tensioning Machine and Related Equipment for Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Nuclear Power Plant" jointly carried out by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. held an "Expert Review Meeting for the Sample Machine Test Outline" on October 27, 2016 at the CBE Beijing Huairou Base. The expert review team consisted of Professor Zhang Zhengming from the Institute of Nuclear Energy and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University, Mr. Wu Mingyan from China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Yaochun from the Institute of Nuclear Power Research and Design of China, Mr. Yang Qihui from the Engineer of China Nuclear Power Research Institute, Mr. Zhou Xibin from China First Heavy Industry, and others. The responsible persons from China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. such as Jia Yanbo, Zhang Peng, and Yang Weitao, as well as special invitees Mr. Wei Banghua and Mr. Lu Shaowei from Fujian Fuzhou Nuclear Power Company, attended the meeting. The Chairman of CBE Group, Mr. Zhou Wen, and other relevant personnel of the project also participated in this meeting.

During the meeting, the expert group listened to the report of Leiming Cyber Company on the sample machine test outline for the integral bolt tensioning machine. After careful discussion and question-and-answer sessions, the expert group reached a consensus: The sample machine test outline for the integral bolt tensioning machine and related equipment is specific and feasible, capable of fully verifying the functions and performance indicators of the integral bolt tensioning machine and related equipment, and capable of evaluating the working capacity and overall functional stability of the integral bolt tensioning machine under normal and extreme working conditions. The test outline was agreed to be reviewed and passed, and it was recommended to conduct the test work according to this sample machine test outline.

After the meeting, the experts and the participants visited the CBE equipment exhibition area and carefully observed the two key technologies tests of the main bolt automatic loading robot and the ultra-high pressure hydraulic tensioning unit.
