On October 17, 2016, China Nuclear Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held a five-party meeting in Beijing at the request of the "Project of Removing the Core Shell Bolts of Huaneng Shandong Shidao'wan Nuclear Power Plant No. 1 Unit". Zhang Zhenlu and Li Shuai from Huaneng Shandong Shidao'wan Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., Sun Libin from Tsinghua University, Zhong Jun from China Nuclear Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Guo Liang and Xing Huiping from Shanghai First Machine Tool Factory Co., Ltd., and Xu Rong and Guo Qingwen from Beijing Leiming Sibohu Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the personnel from all parties discussed the work process, technical plan, commercial terms and project price of the project, determined the project action items, and clarified the responsibilities and divisions of labor of each unit. After the meeting, the representatives from the five parties were accompanied by Chairman Zhou Wen to visit the Raimon Cyber's R&D supporting processing workshop, welding technology laboratory, and the experimental site for the stretching machine of the main bolts of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel.
