On August 12, 2016, Wang Zeping, the director of the Nuclear Power Evaluation Center of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, and Wang Guodong, the director of the Nuclear Power Department, along with Yao Jun, the deputy director of the Nuclear Power Department, a team of six people, visited the Beijing Huairou R & D Base of CBE Group for on-site investigation and research. 

To enhance mutual understanding, both parties presented brief introductions of their respective companies. After carefully listening to the report on the development process of CBE Group's research and development in the nuclear industry, the visiting leaders not only highly praised the contributions and research achievements of CBE Group in the nuclear industry, but also had in-depth discussions on the significant scientific research projects achieved by CBE Group's narrow-gap tungsten electrode argon arc welding laboratory. The attending leaders stated that, with CBE Group's "6×6×6" operation model and its rich professional technical and on-site experience accumulated in the nuclear industry, there will be extensive cooperation opportunities between the two parties.

After the meeting, the visiting leaders toured the experimental workshop of the CBE R&D base, the narrow-gap tungsten inert gas welding laboratory of the welding branch company, as well as the experimental platforms for various major research projects under development. 

The CTO of CBE Group, Zhou Wen, personally presided over this exchange. Also present at the exchange were the Operations Director Zhang Dan, the Strategic Cooperation Director Lin Song, the Safety and Quality Assurance Director Chen Yonghong, the Deputy Chief Engineer Zhao Guozhan, the Engineering Services Department Manager Xu Rong, and the Welding Branch Engineer Zhang Honghe and Hu Yiliang.
