On August 3, 2016, Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. conducted the "Key Technology of Integrated Full-Synchronous Bolt Tensioning Machine - Automatic Engagement Test of Tensioning Nuts" at its R&D base in Huairou, Beijing.

During the test, key technical points such as overall hoisting, forward and reverse rotation drive of the tensioning nuts, accuracy and reliability of thread engagement, etc. were verified. The test results showed that the design and manufacture of the tensioning nut, tensioning nut drive device, hydraulic tensioning unit, bolt adapter were reasonable, and the operation of the tensioning nut drive device was good. Each step of the action met the design and usage requirements.

This test verification work was successfully completed and passed the company's acceptance, laying a solid foundation for the final appraisal and acceptance of the product.

General Manager Zhou Wen, R&D and Manufacturing Director Wang Kai, R&D Manager Zhao Guozhan, Director of the R&D II Room Wei Meng, and Design Engineer Yang Zhen witnessed the test on site.
