During the construction of the "Full-Scale Test Plant for the Fully-Synchronized Stretching Machine", Beijing Leiming Siboc Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. spent over one million yuan to order a 75-ton QD type electric double-girder bridge crane. 

This crane has a span of 26.5 meters and the main hook can rise to a height of ≥ 7 meters. It was manufactured simultaneously with the construction of the factory and will be installed in the "Full-Scale Test Factory for the Full-Synchronous Stretching Machine". This is to meet the requirements of the "Overall Bolt Stretching Machine for Reactor Pressure Vessels of Units 5 and 6 of Fuzhou Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant" project for research and manufacturing. 

The "overall bolt stretching machine" has a large size. To facilitate the collection of research and development test data and ensure the validity of the test data, and to truly guarantee that the product quality meets the requirements of customers, during the test process, it also needs to be assembled, lifted and tested as a whole with various supporting devices. The total lifting weight will reach 60 tons. 

Meanwhile, based on the company's development strategy, CBE fully anticipated future demands when designing the factory and ordering lifting equipment. The factory's load-bearing capacity and the tonnage of the lifting equipment were increased by 25% beyond the requirements for the "Overall Bolt Stretching Machine" project's research and manufacturing, further enhancing its hardware strength and providing a more solid guarantee for the company's development.
