The prototype tests of the "High-Pressure Water Flow Sand Content Monitoring Instrument" and the "Mixing Sand Tank Sand Volume Monitoring Instrument" have been successfully completed.On May 17, 2016, Beijing Leiming Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. successfully developed the principle prototype of the HACM-10 type high-pressure water flow sand content monitoring instrument and the principle prototype of the HACM-35 type mixed sand tank sand quantity monitoring instrument. They also conducted trial verifications on the prototypes at the Huairou R & D base. The verification tests confirmed that the prototypes achieved the expected results. The HACM-10 high-pressure water flow sand content monitoring instrument and the HACM-35 sand quantity monitoring instrument for mixed sand are mainly applied in the field of pre-mixed abrasive jet cold cutting. The pre-mixed abrasive jet is a grinding media water suspension jet with water and abrasive as the working medium. Its cutting efficiency is 2 to 5 times that of the common high-pressure water cutting equipment available on the market. It can achieve high-power cutting with a lower water pressure (40 Mpa or less). Jet cold cutting on the seabed and underwater can only use the supply of pre-added abrasive. Its application is widely used in marine engineering. Currently, the pre-mixed abrasive jet has not yet reached the stage of industrial promotion and application due to problems such as uniform and continuous supply of abrasive and nozzle lifespan. The HACM-10 high-pressure water flow sand content monitoring instrument and the HACM-35 sand quantity monitoring instrument for mixed sand can effectively solve the problem of continuous material supply by the pre-mixed abrasive jet. This measurement system, in combination with the automatic material supply switching system of the pre-mixed abrasive water jet equipment developed by our company, as well as the abrasive concentration control system and wear-resistant nozzle technology of the pre-mixed abrasive water jet equipment, will perfectly address the issues existing in the pre-mixed abrasive jet, promoting the popularization and application of the pre-mixed abrasive jet technology in marine engineering. |
