The "Hualong One" integral full-synchronous bolt tensioning machine is mainly used for opening and closing the pressure vessel of the "Hualong One" reactor. It is a large-scale on-site automated heavy-load robot that integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and optical systems. It does not require workers to enter the reactor pit for operation. Through program control, all the work of installing and dismantling the main bolts can be realized. It can complete the pre-tightening of the main bolts in a short time, thereby greatly improving work efficiency, shortening the major repair period, and reducing the radiation dose received by the workers.
