Underwater cutting machine cutting workpieces Product Overview High-level radioactive fuel assembly underwater cutting machine is used for underwater cutting of high-level radioactive process tubes such as damaged components and corrugated sheet deformed components. The underwater cutting machine has two cutting methods: horizontal and vertical. The lateral and longitudinal cutting movements of the equipment are both driven by servo motors. Through the human-machine interface, the lateral and longitudinal cutting positions, cutting angles, and cutting speeds can be set, enabling manual or automatic cutting of the process tubes. Product features (1) Safety in underwater power usage: The power supply for the underwater part of the equipment is provided by pneumatic means, avoiding the possibility of leakage due to unreliable sealing of electric tools. (2) Shell protection function: The front end of the tool is equipped with a limit sleeve, which allows the adjustment of the length of the exposed tip of the tool, enabling the tool to penetrate the process pipe but not cut through the internal components. (3) Smooth cutting process: The equipment uses a fixed clamp at one end and an auxiliary support at the other end to clamp and position the process pipe. Moreover, the cutting tool is a dedicated one, with low cutting force, ensuring a smooth cutting process. (4) Adapting to the bending of the process pipe: The cutting unit has auxiliary positioning supports that clamp the cutting part of the process pipe, ensuring that the cutting tool is not affected by the bending of the process pipe during the cutting process; (5) Visualization of the cutting process: The cutting process can be displayed and recorded through the underwater monitoring system, facilitating subsequent operations.
