The spherical valve core grinding tool is a portable spherical valve grinding machine. It adopts the double-axis envelope grinding method to ensure the accuracy of the valve core after grinding. Through the human-machine interaction interface, the speeds of the two axes can be monitored and changed in real time, making it convenient for the operators to operate.

The grinding tool is driven by a servo motor, enabling continuous adjustment of the grinding tool's speed. This ensures that each type of valve core can reach the ideal grinding linear speed, thereby improving the grinding efficiency and quality. The use of a servo motor allows for real-time monitoring of speed and torque, ensuring the safety of the workpiece and the equipment.

2 Product Features

(1) High grinding quality: The equipment adopts the double-axis enveloping method for grinding, achieving a fixed speed ratio between the workpiece rotation and the grinding tool rotation. The entire grinding process follows a uniform cross-enveloping grid trajectory, ensuring the grinding amount of the valve core.

(2) The supply of grinding fluid is controllable: During the grinding process, the supply amount of the grinding fluid can be adjusted according to the actual situation and effect to improve the utilization rate of the grinding fluid.

(3) Uniform addition of grinding fluid: The grinding fluid is injected into the internal cavity of the grinding tool and then applied to the grinding surface. This ensures a uniform distribution of the grinding fluid, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the grinding process.

(4) Adjustable pressure between the grinding tool and the workpiece: The grinding pressure between the grinding tool and the workpiece can be adjusted. Different grinding pressures can be selected according to different workpieces.

(5) Adjustable rotational speed of the grinding tool and the workpiece: Both the grinding tool and the workpiece are driven by servo motors, enabling continuous adjustment of the speed.
